How is it
| that a team can go and do so well during the regular season and yet fail in the playoffs? How is it that Coach Shottenheimer has such a poor record in the playoffs? (a total of 5 wins, 13 losses with 3 different teams) He must be doing something right to get there? How come he has not learned to take it all the way to the big one? Puzzling questions....
